- The form will be collecting your name and email address for the purposes of course registration and follow up by the Principal Behaviour Support Advisor Unit (PBSA).
- Staff in the PBSA Unit will have access to your name and email address for the purpose of course support.
- The PSBA Unit can be contacted at behaviour.support.policy@education.vic.gov.au
- Information provided in the form will be stored securely in the department’s systems, with access restricted to those administering the course and on third-party provider systems (Tech-Savvy Solutions servers).
- Participants' data may be used for DE’s annual outcomes reporting and other de-identified reporting regarding course enrolments and completion.
